Judy graduated from Germantown High School and attended the University of Memphis. Market analysis

You will receive a marketing analysis of comparable properties sold in the past 6 months, along with current competitive properties on the market, to help determine the "right price" for your home.

Net proceeds

Judy will review the net proceeds analysis for you as a seller based on that "right price,” along with alternatives.


Your listing paperwork will be completed and entered into the Memphis Board of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service, exposing the property to over 3,000 sales agents.


Your property will be entered into the listing section of Judy’s website. 


With your permission, Judy will place a keybox on your home, making your property more convenient for other agents to show.

A "For Sale" sign will be installed, along with a convenient brochure box in areas where allowed.

All appointments for showing your home will be made through Crye-Leike's exclusive computerized appointment center, which runs seven day a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.


Judy will pre-qualify buyers, screen lookers, answer questions about your home, and show your home to potential buyers responding directly to our marketing efforts.


You will be provided with a bi-weekly feedback report that will detail any showings, plus agent and customer comments.
